ERP Product Owner

Say HI* to our ERP Product Owner role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Product Owner to cover a maternity leave within our ERP domain. You will work in a dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently and stakeholder alignment is key. Experience with Oracle EBS is a strong plus, but solid experience with ERP systems and processes is essential.

Great communication skills in fluent Dutch and English is strongly preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership — steer, prioritise and adjust a roadmap that evolves throughout the year.

• Backlog management — translate business needs into clear epics and user stories.

• Stakeholder alignment — coordinate closely with internal IT teams and key business stakeholders.

• Team collaboration — work with a team of ~8 people: 2 Solution Architects and 6 engineers.

• Project leadership — experience leading projects is considered a plus.

What you’ll bring

• Senior Product Owner with experience in large, complex organisations.

• Strong understanding of ERP processes; Oracle EBS experience is highly valued.

• Skilled in communication, decision‑making and managing shifting priorities.

• Comfortable working with IT delivery teams and business stakeholders.
