About the job

With a team of over 100 engineers, we generate valuable information every day, ultimately leading to the "recipe" for building and maintaining our products. This knowledge is essential, and you will be responsible for accurately documenting, keeping this information up to date, and making it accessible to our employees and partners. This is critical for our support department, for instance, when materials are no longer available, and parts need to be redesigned.

We use a modern system, Windchill, which helps us manage the complexity of these processes effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting engineers with accurate data entry, including training and daily support.

- Overseeing the setup and optimization of the tool (Windchill) to ensure an efficient working environment.

- Ensuring changes are processed correctly and according to established procedures.

- Proposing improvements to increase process efficiency and effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

If you are a creative, open, flexible team player with great communication skills in fluent Dutch and English, then you might be the person we are looking for.

- You have a minimum of an MBO diploma: providing a solid foundation for the various responsibilities in this role.

- Experience in an industrial environment is a plus: ideally, you have worked in a company that supplies products to the industry, giving you insight into production processes and experience in a technical setting.

- You have technical affinity. While you don’t need to know all technical details, it’s important that you can quickly understand what’s relevant in a software and electronics-focused environment, grasp the big picture, and pick up essential information.

- You have broad knowledge of various business processes. Working at the intersection of product development, procurement, and production, so insight into these departments’ needs and methods will enable you to contribute effectively to the team and organization’s success.
