About the job
Your tasks will mainly include:
Coordination between Thales Netherlands and the Shared Service Center in Portugal regarding accounts payable.
Point of contact for the Shared Service Center & Procurement department concerning purchase invoice issues.
Monitoring purchase invoice workflow.
Processing purchase invoices in Oracle.
Validating non-PO invoices according to Group instructions.
Responsible for the suspense account for invoices yet to be coded.
Validating external payment runs.
Preparing, validating, and executing the netting payment run (internal Thales payment run).
Responsible for the monthly accounts payable closing in Oracle.
Responsible for the monthly internal control checks related to accounts payable.
Contribution to improvement projects.
What you’ll bring
Higher professional education (HBO) degree.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with accounts payable is a must.
Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage.
Proactive, hands-on, team-player.
