Engineering Work Package Management LR08

The Engineering Work Package Management Roles coordinate internal teams performing a work package. They conduct all the work package activities to reach completion of the project regarding its technical, industrial and financial aspects while satisfying the needs of the Project Manager and reaching customers' needs. They are responsible for delivering their work package on time and at the defined cost and quality. They perform their role from authorisation to start until closure of the work package for all aspects (such as organisation, scheduling, effort, budget...)?.
