About the Job


The consultant will support the ramp‑up of TNL by providing strong Oracle EBS R12 functional expertise within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain. The focus is on advising, challenging existing processes, and configuring/optimizing key EBS modules.


·         ASCP configuration Configure and adapt Advanced Supply Chain Planning to meet evolving business requirements.


·         Manufacturing, logistics & warehousing changes Implement changes across production, logistics, warehousing, digital delivery instructions/receipts, lot control, and related areas.


·         Challenging the status quo Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose improved ways of working.


·         Portal & external platform integrations Functional guidance on integrations and data flows.


·         Collaboration with ERP architects Act as a sparring partner for ERP consultants/architects and advisor to business SMEs.


What you’ll bring


Required Oracle EBS Modules


·         Inventory (INV)


·         Work in Process (WIP)


·         Advanced Supply Chain Planning (MSC)


·         Warehouse Management (WMS)



·         Strong functional analysis and process knowledge in Manufacturing & Supply Chain.


·         Ability to translate business requirements into EBS configuration.


·         Proactive, critical, and comfortable challenging existing processes.


·         Strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.


·         Experience in complex enterprise environments is preferred.
