Join our international, multidisciplinary team at Thales Nederland working on Naval Mission Systems.

About the job:

As a senior software engineer you are working with the other engineers on your agile team and the other agile teams in the same sub-domain. You work on designs and architecture with our software and system architects, and take into account security and safety aspects in your code and that of your team. You will work (among others) with the following tools and techniques:

• Agile/Scrum software development

• Java, Linux, IntelliJ

• Continuous Integration & Delivery

• Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, GIT, BitBucket

• Unit Testing (Junit), Test Automation, Cucumber

What you’ll bring:

• Is passionate about technology

• Is a team-player

• Wants to contribute to a safe and secure society

• Graduated at least Bachelor level in the area of software engineering or similar with a talent for Java

• Finds pleasure in rapidly mastering new domains and techniques;

• At least 10 years of recent, relevant professional experience in Java development

• Dutch Citizen
