Say HI* to our Team Manager Operational Analysis role

Thales Netherlands develops advanced radar and combat management systems. The Systems Engineering department is responsible for the design of new products and for managing software and hardware development. OPAN is a specialized cross-segment team housed within Systems Engineering.

The members of OPAN provide in-depth knowledge and expertise to address issues characterized as New, Few, and Complex. It is a group of highly educated employees, many of whom hold PhDs. They do not always belong to the product organization and offer the independence and impartiality needed to address comprehensive system issues at an abstract level, both above and within the concrete product. This spans from Technical Readiness Level 1 to 9, from concept to customer.

OPAN provides a unique value to the TNL organization with indispensable operational analyses. It serves many internal and external customers through system knowledge, models, concept studies, and operational performance analyses of systems and complex chains.

We are currently looking for a team manager to lead the OPAN team.
