The ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of technical expertise, operational experience, and commercial skills within both the defense and UAV/drone sectors. This professional moves effortlessly between engineering, field implementation, and customer or client contact.

The profile is characterized by someone who possesses both strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach. While capable of designing and integrating complex systems, the candidate is equally adept at functioning as a field engineer: tinkering, building, testing, demonstrating, and troubleshooting are part of their daily routine. Furthermore, this person possesses compelling communication and commercial skills, such as delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and tender documentation.

System integration of military systems, vehicles, and UAVs/drones

Hands-on field engineering: assembly, testing, prototype construction

Prototyping and proof-of-concept development

Field testing, validation, and operational evaluations

Commercial-technical support:

Presentations

Demonstrations

Quotes and tenders

Customer and stakeholder communication

Project management in technical and multidisciplinary environments

Entrepreneurial thinking: identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and conducting competitive analyses.

Connects engineering, implementation, and technical sales in a single profile

Strong in hands-on execution and conceptual thinking

Experienced in mechanical integration and operational testing

Combines technical expertise with persuasive communication

Personal Qualities

Solution-oriented, proactive, and technically creative

Experienced in systems engineering and prototyping mechanics and controls (electrical, hydraulic, and software/PLM)

Automotive familiarity with CANBUS systems

Strong collaboration with engineers, operators, and customers

Strong communication skills and persuasive presentations and demonstrations

Practical, decisive, and entrepreneurial

Works in a structured, accurate, and results-oriented manner.
