Within the Naval Industry Team in Hengelo, the Product Line GM200 is responsible for the Assembly, System Integration & Test, and delivery of the GM200 and NS100 radar systems to the customer.

As a Technician within the Product Line GM200 department, you are responsible for assembling radar systems for Naval use (the NS100) and mobile radar systems for the army (the GM200), in accordance with regulations and quality standards. Your main tasks include:

• Assembling complex cabinets and antenna systems with both static and dynamic components

• Mounting racks and other mechatronic modules

• Installing wiring and bundles in equipment

• Aligning devices

• Participating in reviews and assessing new documentation packages for clarity and consistency

• Taking responsibility for organizing your assigned activities

• Contributing improvement ideas for your own work

• Being responsible for first-line maintenance of processes, machines, and tools used

• You have at least MBO level 3 in Mechatronics or Electronics

• You aim for structural, long-term solutions

• You follow procedures, but are also willing to structurally improve them

• You can work on both existing products and prototypes, in close cooperation with others

• You communicate well, both verbally and in writing

• You have a good command of English

• You remain calm and courteous under pressure or conflicting interests, but you are assertive when needed

• You value teamwork
