Within Engineering, the Engineering delivery team accounts for all engineering activities for the development of our Radar and/or Mission System products and solutions: concept definition, system design, development, system integration, verification, validation and qualification. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Work Package Manager.
About your future job
As a Work Package Manager, you coordinate internal teams performing a work package, and conduct all the work package activities to reach completion of the project regarding its technical, industrial and financial aspects while satisfying the needs of the Project Manager and reaching customers' needs. You are responsible for delivering your work package on time and at the defined cost and quality.
The main tasks are:
Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon agreed budget, timeline, and scope
Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

As Work Package Manager you:
are graduated with a Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Computer Science or any relevant field, and you have significant experience in project management.
are recognized as a self-motivated leader, willing to engage and develop your team using collaborative work and challenging approaches.
are analytical, dynamic and autonomous.
know how to use your skills to plan, organize teams, and guarantee the follow-up of engineering projects by respecting deadlines, costs and quality with a clear vision of risks and opportunities.
have good knowledge of subcontract and work package management (IPMA-C or D is a plus).
know how to produce synthetic and quality reports.
can demonstrate knowledge in financial, workload plan and risks management.
are familiar with bidding process.
have great communication skills in fluent Dutch and English.
