Thales Cryogenics B.V. is a leading player in the global market for cryogenic cooling solutions for military, industrial, and space applications, cooling sensors down to -200°C. At Thales Cryogenics, we will be implementing a new ERP system this year. Our current ERP system, MFGPRO, is outdated after 35 years, and it's time for a leap forward to a state-of-the-art solution. During the selection phase, we chose ISAH as the best-fit package for our needs. We will carry out this project ourselves with support from our supplier.
To avoid overburdening the supply chain department, we’ve decided to bring in additional capacity with specific expertise, such as ERP planning.
We are looking for an ERP Planner to assist us during configuring this new ERP package — preferably someone with knowledge of ISAH.
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for properly setting up the planning tool within the new ISAH ERP system. You will also test the new configuration once the system goes live, and you'll be the one to train colleagues to work with the new system. After all, you will have gained essential knowledge and helped shape the setup of the system yourself.
To build a strong foundation, you will first immerse yourself in the current way of working to gain insights that will help you make informed decisions regarding configuration questions. You will be part of a project team responsible for implementing the ERP system within Thales Cryogenics. This team consists of 10–15 people from various disciplines such as supply chain, procurement, finance, R&D project leaders, production, and IT. You will report to the project leader and/or the supply chain manager.

What you’ll bring
We are looking for an ERP Planner to strengthen our project team. A real team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves with the team to tackle our challenges and realize our ambitions.
You have relevant qualification in logistics (at least MBO level)
You have 5 years of relevant work experience as an ERP planner
You are knowledgeable about ISAH ERP software
Experience in assembly is a plus
You are results-oriented and resilient in the face of setbacks
You demonstrate self-reflection and self-awareness
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
