Integration and Testing Production/Repair Technician LR06
Within Thales Netherlands, the Naval organization is responsible for the development, production, and support of radar, communication, and command & control systems for naval ships. Within the Supply Chain of the Naval organization, the Final Assembly department is responsible for delivering electronics for Thales Systems.
About the Job
As a Functional Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for testing, diagnosing faults, and coordinating the repair of electronic products. Your tasks will include drafting test procedures based on test specifications in consultation with the designer/system test engineer. You will also make adjustments to existing test procedures in agreement with the designer. Additionally, you will instruct repair colleagues on corrective actions arising from the inspections conducted. You will also be responsible for reporting in the designated systems.
The role of Functional Electrical Tester covers a wide range of areas within electrical engineering, including:
Power supplies
Digital technology
Analog technology
Fiber optics
High frequency (1-35GHz)
High power
High voltage

You have an MBO-level education in electronics.
You have experience and affinity with testing electronic products.
You have good fine motor skills.
Knowledge of Basic/LabVIEW and RF is a plus.
