The “Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)” Agile squad ensures that our Thales Netherlands colleagues are provided with PLM applications that properly support their processes. From our location in Hengelo, we provide support to the four Thales sites in the Netherlands.
About Your Future Job
As a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Application Administrator / Entry-level DEV/OPS Engineer, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the PLM systems and processes within the organization. Your main goal is to ensure seamless operation, integration, and continuous improvement of PLM tools and methodologies to support the product development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
System Administration: Maintaining and managing PLM systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
Process Optimization: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the PLM framework.
Support & Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to users, solving problems, and ensuring smooth operation of PLM tools and applications.
Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data throughout the entire lifecycle, from creation to removal.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to PLM processes, system configurations, and best practices.

Has completed an MBO-level education.
Has 3+ years of experience in application management.
Has experience with Linux, Windows, Oracle, Networking, Security, Ansible, Java, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
Can effectively plan patches and other administrative tasks.
Enjoys helping people by solving incidents.
Is service-oriented, flexible, communicatively strong, and a team player.
Can listen well and ask follow-up questions, even when the message isn’t explicit.
Has strong analytical skills.
Wants to work in a department that embraces Agile working methods and culture.
Takes initiative and stays informed about developments.
Has a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
