For a temporary assignment until February 2027, we are looking for an enthusiastic servicedesk employee to support the Support team in Huizen (2 FTE). This team currently supports 290 employees in Huizen and the location in Delft once every two weeks (40 FTE). To expand Thales, two new locations in Amsterdam will be added: the first location will be completed in August 2026, and the second in February 2027. In this role, you will provide support activities at the existing and new locations: first-line and second-line support, counter duties, and project support, such as coordinating the setup of workstations at the new Amsterdam locations.

As a servicedesk employee, you will be the point of contact for our end-users with technical questions and support them via phone and tickets. You will work in the End User Support squad with colleagues who perform first-line, second-line, or back office support.


What you’ll bring

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has at least a completed MBO level 4 education (in the direction of ICT).

  • Has work experience on a service desk.

  • Knows how to successfully resolve more complex incidents.

  • Has knowledge of incident / service management systems. Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.

  • Learns quickly and knows how to make contacts easily.

  • Has the ambition to keep developing themselves and likes to take control of their career.
