Our product is characterized by low volume and high variability, which places specific demands on our supply chain. This requires up-to-date logistics knowledge, a clear vision, and a high degree of flexibility to continuously adapt to new situations and needs. Within the Naval organization, the Master Planning team is responsible for validating, directing, and monitoring programs and assignments. The master planners oversee the planning of complete radar systems, supporting equipment, spare parts, and repairs.

About the Job

As part of the team of eight Master Planners within the Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing the logistical aspects of our projects from the acquisition phase to delivery. To achieve this, you will work closely with the S&OP team, Supply Chain Managers, Project Planners, Manufacturing Planners, Manufacturing Buyers, and various colleagues from the sales, project, production, and procurement departments. Where necessary, you will take action to adjust plans accordingly.

You will also be jointly responsible for order acceptance within the Supply Chain, which serves as the basis for releasing procurement and production plans while guiding Manufacturing Buyers and Manufacturing Planners. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for (logistics) escalations and emergencies. You will take initiative to improve the supply chain and planning discipline while ensuring efficiency. And, most importantly, you won’t forget to have some fun at work!
