Within the Sensors Business Line, in the Final Assembly department, we are looking for a Mechanical Technician



About the Job

As a Mechanical Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assemble and mount complex antenna systems with both static and dynamic components.

  • Assemble precision mechanical components for entire antennas (e.g., pinning, shrinking, adjusting gears and bearings).

  • Assemble mechatronic modules.

  • Align devices during assembly.

  • Participate in reviews and assess new documentation packages for clarity and consistency.

  • Responsible for organizing assigned activities.

  • Propose ideas for improving your own work processes.

  • Responsible for first-line maintenance of applicable processes, machines, and tools.




What you’ll bring

If you are a creative, open, flexible team player with great communication skills in fluent Dutch and English, then you might be the person we are looking for.

  • You are capable of assembling complex components according to drawings and parts lists.

  • You are skilled in assembling mechanical parts but open to handling electrical components as well.

  • You strive for long-term solutions.

  • You adhere to procedures but you are willing to propose structural improvements to established processes.

  • You are able to work on assembling existing products and collaborate closely on prototypes.
