About the job:

Cyber Digital Solutions is a relatively young practice in the Netherlands, offering bespoke cyber consulting and managed services to National Critical Infrastructure Providers and Critical Production Systems. Since 2019, we have grown from 8 to 50 people with a yearly revenue of 10 million euros. In both cyber consulting and managed security services, we still lack scale to improve margins, and we need to increase leads, opportunities, and sales to achieve our growth ambitions. Our bespoke B2B consulting and services require intensive consultative selling efforts by our team of experts. Currently, our sales organization and processes need to improve in both efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for a seasoned B2B Cyber Sales professional who can achieve the following within 6 months:

  • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our current sales organization and efforts and devise a plan for improvement.

  • Organize our sales and bid teams and processes, and build an efficient and effective sales engine.

  • Build and enhance the sales funnel with leads and opportunities to achieve a 20 million euro Order Intake in 2024.

  • Engage, motivate, and facilitate our team of experts in technical pre-sales and in winning deals with compelling and client-centric proposals and pitches.

  • Orchestrate, build, and edit winning proposals in complex tenders.

  • Build an international network in Thales to mobilize for international sales and bids for multinationals.

  • You will work closely with a young and ambitious team on a growth strategy in the fast-growing IT-OT Cyber Security market, within a high-tech, international company that heavily invests in cyber to become the European Leader in Cyber globally.
