As part of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering department, the Electrical Design team is responsible for designing and integrating all electrical subsystems that together form a radar or combat management system. Our team adopts a multidisciplinary approach, utilising state-of-the-art technology, initiative, and teamwork to develop products that function and are maintained under extreme conditions. Despite the size of our organization, we maintain a personal touch and a great working environment. Our colleagues collaborate to deliver the world's most advanced defense technology.

About the job

As an Eplan Specialist, you will work together with the Eplan team, consisting of two other specialists and a work package manager, for the management and development of our Eplan toolchain. We are in an advanced stage of Eplan introduction and development, where we are pioneering applied standards, methods, representation, and integration of our electrical models.

We aim to become a leader in this area, both in the production of our models and in designing as efficiently or automated as possible.



What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

  • EPLAN Certified Engineer or other demonstrable experience with EPLAN in a management role

  • IT and programming knowledge is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • A vision for improving the use of the Eplan system, increasing engineer productivity, and improving the quality of our end products.
